Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to our employees and our clients, the following policies are honored:

If you need to cancel your appointment, please allow 24 hours to notify us of the cancellation. This allows us the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged a $50-$150 cancellation fee for your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment if we are unable to charge the card on file. The cancellation fee will depend on the type of appointment that is scheduled:

~ Botox/Dysport and/or Filler Consultation: $50

~Cosmetic Filler Appointment: $150

No-Shows A failure to be present at the time of a scheduled appointment will be considered a “No Show”. “No shows” will be charged the same amount of a cancellation fee.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate subsequent appointments. Depending upon how late you arrive, we may need to reschedule your appointment to another time.
